Filing timing, FY2019–FY2025
Every date below is copied from the public Companies House register. The deadline for a UK private company is nine months after its accounting year end; Fenix's year ends on 30 November, so accounts are due by 31 August of the following year.
| Financial year | Year end | Deadline | Filed | Timing | Accounts type |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FY2019 | 30 Nov 2019 | 30 Nov 2020* | 26 Oct 2020 | 35 days early | Small company accounts |
| FY2020 | 30 Nov 2020 | 31 Aug 2021 | 19 May 2021 | 104 days early | Group accounts |
| FY2021 | 30 Nov 2021 | 31 Aug 2022 | 2 Sep 2022 | 2 days late | Group accounts |
| FY2022 | 30 Nov 2022 | 31 Aug 2023 | 24 Aug 2023 | 7 days early | Full accounts |
| FY2023 | 30 Nov 2023 | 31 Aug 2024 | 5 Sep 2024 | 5 days late | Group accounts |
| FY2024 | 30 Nov 2024 | 31 Aug 2025 | 27 Aug 2025 | 4 days early | Group accounts |
| FY2025 | 30 Nov 2025 | 31 Aug 2026 | — | Overdue since 1 Sep 2026 | — |
* FY2019's deadline was extended automatically from 31 August to 30 November 2020 under the UK's temporary COVID-19 filing measures. Filing dates are the dates the documents were registered by Companies House.
What late filing costs Fenix
Companies House applies an automatic civil penalty to a private company that files after the deadline. The bands are fixed by law and doubled when the previous year's accounts were also late — which does not apply here, because the FY2024 accounts were on time.
| How late | Penalty | Applies to Fenix if filed by |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 1 month | £150 | 30 September 2026 |
| 1 to 3 months | £375 | 30 November 2026 |
| 3 to 6 months | £750 | 28 February 2027 |
| More than 6 months | £1,500 | after 28 February 2027 |
Set against FY2024's $684M pre-tax profit, even the top band is a rounding error. The deadline matters for a different reason: the annual accounts are the only audited window into OnlyFans' finances, because Fenix is private and publishes nothing else. Every extra day is a day the market, creators and journalists are working from year-old numbers.
What the last filing showed (FY2024)
Gross fan payments by year, 2019–2024
The FY2024 accounts (filed 27 August 2025) reported gross fan payments of $7.22B, up 9% on FY2023's $6.63B, with $5.8B passed through to creators and $1.41B retained by the platform. The full breakdown — margins, tax, dividends, headcount — is on the financial statistics page.
What to expect from FY2025
The only FY2025 figures in circulation are press-reported, not audited: roughly $666M operating profit on $1.4B platform net revenue, reported by the New York Post on 8 May 2026 alongside Architect Capital's minority investment. If those numbers hold, platform revenue was flat year-on-year while profit slipped slightly from FY2024's $684M pre-tax. The audited accounts will settle six things the press figures cannot:
- Gross fan payments — whether the $7.22B FY2024 figure grew, stalled or fell.
- Creator payouts — the 80% share that drives every earnings statistic on this site.
- Profit and tax — audited pre-tax profit and the UK tax charge.
- Dividends — whether and how much Fenix paid out for FY2025, the first dividend line after the March 2026 change of control.
- Headcount and costs — staff numbers, marketing and payment-processing costs.
- Post-balance-sheet events — the directors' notes on ownership, the Architect Capital stake and any sale process.
How this page is maintained
A scheduled job on our infrastructure reads the Companies House register every two hours and looks for two independent signals: a new “accounts made up to” entry in the filing history and a change in the “last accounts” period on the company page. Either one flips the status card above and alerts our editors, who publish the audited figures the same day. Nothing on this page is estimated — dates come from the register, money figures from the audited accounts, and the FY2025 numbers are labelled press-reported until the filing replaces them.
FAQ
Has Fenix International filed the FY2025 OnlyFans accounts yet?
Not yet. The Companies House register still lists the accounts made up to 30 November 2024 as the latest filing, and the company page carries the official “Accounts overdue” warning. This page checks the register every two hours and updates automatically the moment the FY2025 accounts appear.
When were the FY2025 accounts due?
By 31 August 2026. Fenix International's financial year ends on 30 November, and a UK private company must file its accounts within nine months of the year end. The accounts were not on the register by that date and have been marked overdue since 1 September 2026.
Has OnlyFans filed late before?
Yes, twice in the last five years — by a few days each time. The FY2021 accounts arrived on 2 September 2022 (2 days late) and the FY2023 accounts on 5 September 2024 (5 days late). The FY2020, FY2022 and FY2024 accounts were filed before the deadline, the latest of them on 27 August 2025.
What is the penalty for filing late?
Companies House charges a private company an automatic penalty of £150 if the accounts are up to one month late, £375 for one to three months, £750 for three to six months and £1,500 beyond six months; the penalty doubles if the previous year's accounts were also late. Against FY2024 pre-tax profit of $684 million the fine is immaterial — the deadline matters as a transparency marker, not a financial one.
What FY2025 numbers exist so far?
Only press-reported ones: about $666 million operating profit on $1.4 billion of platform net revenue, reported by the New York Post on 8 May 2026 alongside the Architect Capital stake. These figures are not audited and not from a statutory filing; the audited accounts will show gross fan payments, creator payouts, revenue, profit, tax and dividends.
