Traffic share by country
The United States is OnlyFans's overwhelmingly dominant traffic source — nearly half of all visits originate there. The next four countries (UK, Mexico, Germany, Canada) each contribute in the 4–6% range, and the remaining ~30% is split across a long tail of mid-sized markets, with Italy, France, Australia, and Brazil all sitting in the low-single-digit percentages.

Top spending countries — 2025
Spend doesn't track traffic 1:1. The United States punches above its traffic share on spend because US fans show higher willingness-to-pay (subscriptions plus PPV plus tipping). The UK is the clear #2 in spend, followed by Canada, Italy, and Mexico. Italy and Spain — neither in the top 5 of traffic — are now in the top 10 of spend, with the fastest growth rates of any market: +24% and +26% YoY respectively.

Regional pictures
North America
North America (US + Canada + Mexico) generates roughly $3.28 billion in spend — about 46% of the global total. The US alone accounts for 80% of that. Mexico's +19% YoY growth is notable; the country has crossed into "established market" status from being a niche territory just three years ago.
Europe
Europe in aggregate (UK + Germany + Italy + France + Spain + Other-EU) contributes roughly $1.7B+ in spend in 2025. The UK is the largest single European market. Italy and Spain are the fastest-growing, both in the +24–26% YoY range. The combined EU-27 (excluding UK) likely overtakes the UK on aggregate spend in 2025, depending on how the "Other" bucket is allocated.
Latin America
Beyond Mexico's $291M, Brazil ($194M) is the other LATAM market in the top 10. Argentina and Colombia sit just outside it, though precise figures are harder to pin down. Spanish and Portuguese-language creator content drove most of the regional growth.
Asia-Pacific
APAC is the most fragmented region in OnlyFans's footprint. Australia ($237M) is the largest single market; Japan, Philippines, and Singapore round out the regional top five (each in the $50–120M range). India is conspicuously small relative to its population — payment-rail and regulatory friction explain most of the gap.
Growth markets to watch in 2026
Three signals point to where the next year's growth comes from:
- Spain & Italy — both at +24–26% YoY in 2025, both still under-penetrated relative to subscription-spending capacity. Continued double-digit growth likely.
- Mexico — +19% YoY, with subscription-payment infrastructure maturing (Oxxo Pay, SPEI integration). Should continue.
- Brazil — Pix instant-payment system makes subscription billing frictionless. Currently $194M, but with the highest acceleration potential of any major market.
