Methodology — two sources, two different measures
This page mixes two country-level sources, and they must not be read as one number. Similarweb estimates each country's share of all visits to onlyfans.com — direct, search, social, and referral combined — but publishes a usable split only for the top 5 countries plus an "Other" bucket (39.97% in June 2026). Ahrefs estimates monthly visits arriving from organic Google search only (org_traffic, subdomains mode, July 2026). We treat the Ahrefs figure as a search-demand index: each country's share of the 100-country sum (47.3M estimated monthly search visits) is a proxy for relative interest, not a total-traffic measurement.
Why the distinction matters: search-heavy markets look bigger in the index than in reality, and app/direct-heavy markets look smaller. France is the clearest example — a top-10 market by estimated 2025 spend ($237M) but only 0.75% of the search-demand index, because French traffic reaches the site mostly through channels Ahrefs does not count. The index is best used for what the Similarweb top-5 split cannot show: the relative order of the 95 countries inside the "Other" bucket. Spend doesn't track traffic 1:1.
